Good to know.
Can I leave my belongings at BCN Riders?
Yes. Lockers are available for our customers. You can leave your personal belongings with us in a safe place while you ride, for your convenience. Please take valuables you may need during your ride with you.
What happens if I get a puncture?
Puncture Protection is available for €5 per rental bike. If you get a puncture, stop riding immediately. The bicycle must be brought back to BCN Riders by walking it — never ride a bicycle with a flat tyre. With Puncture Protection, once the bicycle is returned to us, we will replace it with another available bicycle. The protection does not apply if the bicycle was ridden after the puncture and this causes damage to the tyre, rim, spokes or other components. If you cannot or prefer not to bring the bicycle back yourself, within Barcelona city our staff can come to you and replace the bicycle or wheel for a €25 assistance fee, subject to availability. Without Puncture Protection, you are responsible for bringing the bicycle back to us safely and any puncture/related repair costs; riding the bicycle with a flat tyre is strictly prohibited.
Do I need a helmet?
Helmets are available for €3 per day. They are mandatory for riders under 16 years old.
Can I book for a group?
Yes. The launch version can accept group requests; the next version can calculate availability automatically.
What languages are tours available in?
English, Spanish and Russian are shown as placeholders until we confirm your guide schedule.
Can customers pay online?
In this demo the form sends a request. Stripe/WooCommerce checkout can be connected in the production stage.
